El Roble is a coffee farm in La Peñitas, Comayagua, run by Rosa Dimas, a second-generation coffee grower. He uses organic and sustainable methods to produce high-quality coffee in an ideal climate. His farm employs Washed, Natural, and Honey processing while focusing on composting and water recycling. Through our relationship, he secures better prices to support his family and improve the farm. With help from Café Raga and Project Origin, he enhances his processes and invests in better equipment. For Rosa, coffee is both a passion and a legacy for his children.
