Luis Emilio has been producing coffee at Finca El Suyatal since 1997. Despite being a small farm, it grows exceptional Caturra variety coffee beans known for their unique flavors. In 2006, his natural-processed Caturra ranked among the top 25 in Nicaragua’s Cup of Excellence, showcasing its quality. He continues to produce both natural and washed Caturra with a focus on craftsmanship and sustainability. His Caturra lots are carefully picked based on their Brix level and dried in 73% shade to enhance flavor clarity and consistency. Luis remains dedicated to refining his methods to ensure each harvest meets the highest standards.
